What a way to start the new year, with a week of -20C weather. We hope everyone is staying warm and cozy these days. To help bring some cheer, below are all the little excitements that are happening in and around Hawkwood School for January 2020.
IMPORTANT DATES
Monday, January 27th - Fun Lunch (EDO)
- Order delicious noodle or rice bowls, california rolls and more for your child’s lunch through healthyhunger.ca. Deadline to order for this fun lunch is Friday, January 17th.
Friday, January 31st - Non-Instructional Day
- No School for students on this day.
SPECIAL EVENTS & FUNDRAISING
Pizza & Movie Night - Thursday, January 30th @ 6:00 pm
- This month the feature film is “Toy Story 4”. Get your tickets on healthyhunger.ca for the early bird price of $4/person. Add-on dinner (pizza and chicken wings) for an easy night out.
- All Healthy Hunger orders must be made by January 25th. (Movie tickets can be purchased at the door, however on-site food orders are not available.)
Family Pizza Night at Home - ONGOING
- There are a number of dates throughout the year where Papa John’s supports our school and provides families with discounts on pizza orders when using the code HAWK15.
